Passage: Isaiah 7:10–7:17, Matthew 1:18–1:20
We easily forget how dependent we are on the Spirit to make sense of God and his plans.
Yet, it is so important to realize:
The good news is that God is still with us. In every broken plan, in every diversion, when things get messy, and when things seem to make no sense, because even though it doesn’t all make sense now, one day it all will.
- God lets us struggle before revealing a better plan
- Scripture isn’t clear to us until it needs to be
- There is always a human element to God’s plans
